Reliable rank tracking

This is my third time using Localviking, and it's been consistent. I primarily use it for Local Ranking Tracker and Competitor Tracking. Every time, the data is reliable and helps me adjust my local SEO strategy. My first order, the reporting felt a bit clunky, but they've definitely improved the GMB Insights Reporting layout since then. It's why I keep coming back, it just works.

Comprehensive local SEO tools

I signed up for Localviking to manage several client GMB profiles. The Multi-Location Management dashboard was easy to navigate, letting me switch between listings without hassle. I especially appreciated the Review Management feature; setting up auto-responders was simple and effective. The GeoGrid tracking provided detailed insights, though it took about a day for the initial data to fully populate for all locations. Delivery of reports via White Label Reporting was smooth, and my clients were impressed. I did have a question about integrating with a specific CRM, and their support team responded within a few hours with a helpful workaround. The platform feels robust and really covers most bases for local SEO.

GeoGrid tracking is awesome

I just used Localviking for GeoGrid Visibility Tracking and it's incredible. Seeing the heatmaps for my business was so helpful. I'm definitely subscribing again and telling my business partners!

Good for GMB posts

I tried out the GMB Post Scheduling feature. It was pretty easy to set up my posts for the week. Saved me some time, which is always good. The interface was straightforward, no complaints there. Overall, a decent experience and I'd probably use it again.

Anyone switch from BrightLocal to Localviking? curious how they compare on features and ease of use.

T Troy Ito 1 month ago
I did! Localviking's geogrid is way better and easier to read. BrightLocal felt a bit clunkier for me. Plus, the GMB post scheduling is a lifesaver.

My agency moved to Localviking for the bulk updates and the client-facing reports. BrightLocal was fine, but this just feels more focused on GMB stuff.

What's the deal with promo codes? can you even use them or is it just free trials and stuff?

A Andre 4 weeks ago
They don't do a ton of public promo codes, mostly annual discounts or if you're part of an affiliate thing. Black Friday is probably your best bet.

I've only ever seen them during big sales like Cyber Monday, otherwise, it's mostly the annual plan savings or sometimes special credits.

hey quick question, looking to get this for my small agency, but will it let me give my team access to manage different client accounts without sharing my main login info?

R Rachel Okafor 4 weeks ago
Yeah, they have agency dashboards and multi-user stuff. I use it for my team and it works well, you can set permissions.

I think so, my buddy runs an agency and uses it, pretty sure he mentioned individual user logins for his staff.

wondering how accurate the geogrid tracking is, like, does it give you a real picture of where you rank or is it kinda fuzzy?

F Faith 4 weeks ago
It's pretty solid. I've cross-referenced it with manual searches and it's always been spot on for me. Gives you a good visual.

From my experience, it's very accurate. It pulls directly from Google search results, so it's not guessing.

Is it worth getting the annual plan? trying to figure out if the discount is actually decent or just a few bucks off.

C Carly V. 1 month ago
Totally worth it if you plan on using it for more than a few months. You save like 15-20% usually. I always go annual now.

yeah, the annual discount is pretty standard for SaaS. usually saves you a couple of months' worth in the long run.
